Where is Le Croissant – Montagne located?
The project is located in L’Anse-Saint-Jean, at the base of Mount Edouard, in the Saguenay region. It is an exceptional natural setting offering privileged access to four-season outdoor activities and to the Saguenay Fjord.
How many units are planned for the project?
Le Croissant – Montagne will include 88 divided co-ownership (condominium) units spread across 13 buildings, built in five phases.
What types of units are available?
Two models are offered: Le Littoral, with two bedrooms on one level, and Le Montagnard, with three bedrooms on two levels. Living areas range from approximately 895 to 1,275 sq. ft., plus terraces.
Are short-term rentals allowed?
Yes! Short-, medium- and long-term rentals are allowed, subject to applicable conditions and regulations. However, owners who wish to rent out their unit must join the project’s rental management service.
What features are included in the units?
Each unit will include, among other things, an EPA-certified wood-burning fireplace, generous windows, a remote-work space, a mudroom-style entryway, a private terrace, a parking space and two outdoor storage spaces. Kitchen and bathroom countertops are also made of quartz.
Can I customize my unit?
Three finish themes are offered: Fjord, Montagne and Forêt. Some additional options are also available, such as heated floors, a wall-mounted heat pump and an electric vehicle charging station, among others.
When is construction scheduled to begin?
Construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2027. Delivery dates will vary depending on the construction phase chosen.
Which contractor is building the project and what warranties are offered?
The project is being built by Tergos Construction and its specialized contractors. The units are covered by the Garantie de construction résidentielle (GCR).
